We do not have regular or fast email access in Havelock. While we try to reply to every email within a day or two of receiving it, sometimes we are not able to - either the phone lines are down, or we get swamped with diving or, in the off-season, we go on holiday (wheeeee). So there can be occasional delays in replying.
We request that you check the Frequently Asked Questions section as well as the Trip Planning section - between the information on the website and the FAQs, we have answers to most of our guest inquiries online already. This can save you time and help you plan your trip right away, instead of waiting for us to get back to you.
Also, for some reason, our email messages sometime end up in Spam folders (and no, we do not send out emails offering enlargements of your private parts or sharing $30 million which we found in a bank vault). If you do not receive a reply from us within a few days of your message, please check your Spam folder or email us back, with a CC to diveindia@yahoo.com and we'll send you a message from another mail address.
Please don't forget to include a phone number - in case our emails don't get through, we can calling you. Don't worry, your number will remain private and no be used for any other purpose.
