TRY DIVING PRICES
The following are our prices for Try Diving / Intro to Scuba programs. Prices include full gear rental, as well as underwater photography/video (please do remember to bring a memory card or USB drive to take the photos, however!). 5% service tax is additional.

2N EXPERIENCE NEIL PACKAGE
This is the ideal package for those who want to experience a mix of the Andamans lifestyle – the quiet beaches, the swaying palms, the general peace and quiet – but who also want to experience some of the magic that these azure waters hold. So we have put together a combination of activities that will give you a good mix of all the Andaman specialties that Neil has to offer: quality time on the beach, a half-day intro to diving and ample free time to really soak in the best on the island. With our emphasis on professional supervision/safety/training mixed with fun, this is a great package for honeymooners, families, people who are new to the ocean, etc. It is also a great way to combine a Neil trip as part of a larger Andaman holiday.
This package includes:
- 2 night accommodation at our partner resort, Dancing Dugong Resort
- One 1/2 day Intro to Scuba program for beginners (includes 1 dive)
If you want, you can also upgrade to the SSI or PADI Scuba Diver certification course – this certifies you to dive up to 12m under professional supervision. You learn more about the underwater world, about diving theory and practice basic scuba and emergeny skills. This way, next time you are on holiday somewhere by the sea, you can go out diving with greater confidence and comfort. The Scuba Diver upgrade option includes further training, an additional dive (making a total of 2) and certification charges.
Meals: ala carte meals are available at our restaurant, and you also have option to have breakfast, lunch & dinner included for an additional flat daily fee (see notes below the price list). There isn’t a significant price difference between choosing one option or the other. Please note the following:
- A 5% service tax applies
- Meals-included option is available at Rs 1500 per person per night. You can choose this when making your booking, or when here
- Surcharge for the PADI course is Rs 1700
- Monsoon discount is applicable on package starting on/after June 1 and ending on/before September 15
Not included in this package are beverages, tips, personal expenses and accommodation in Port Blair or surcharges for expedition trips (if applicable).
